Holly Byom

Hi, I’m Holly Byom, an outdoorswoman living in Western Wisconsin. The outdoors have been a defining part of my life for as long as I can remember. I was first introduced to hunting by my dad at a very young age, I grew up hunting alongside him but have had my own tags since completing hunter safety when I was just 10 years old. While I enjoy pursuing a variety of species, my greatest passions lie in bow hunting whitetails and the deep appreciation I’ve developed for elk hunting. Fishing also holds a special place in my heart, especially fly fishing for trout. Trout live in some of the most beautiful places and I’ve been blessed to experience many of them through backpacking trips out west with my family, and fishing mountain streams and lakes surrounded by God’s creation. My True North is being amidst Gods creation.

There is something deeply grounding about time spent alone with Him in His creation—where the noise fades and your mind quiets. The outdoors are my therapy, my reset and my reminder of what truly matters. Through close encounters with wildlife and moments of stillness, I’ve found gratitude, peace and a deeper connection to both my faith and the world God created.
