Collage of hunting and fishing trophy animals

Peyton Guerrant

I began hunting and fishing when I was fifteen years old, though my love for the outdoors started much earlier. Growing up, I enjoyed fishing with my dad at our local park pond. Those early years experiences sparked an appreciation for time spent outside. Although hunting was not a tradition in my family, it was always something that interested me and that I hoped to pursue one day.

In high school, I was given the opportunity to go on my first deer hunt. From that moment on, my interest quickly grew into a passion. Each experience in the field deepened my appreciation not only for the sport, but for the opportunity to spend time immersed in God’s creation. For me, hunting and fishing are about more than the harvest. It’s about the gratitude, reflection, and connection with the outdoors.

Today, I enjoy duck, deer, turkey and dove hunting, along with fishing. My passion extends beyond my own experiences. My goal and my True North is to encourage and empower other women and young girls to step outside, try something new, and develop their own love for the outdoors and hunting.
